” With eleven carefully selected botanicals including: juniper, nutmeg, elderberries, sweet orange peel, rose petal and hibiscus our gin is sweet and floral , but with an undeniable juniper kick. Since 2016 when we purchased our first traditional copper pot still ‘Rose’ and after experimenting with dozens of botanicals and distilling methods we finally created our Holy Island Gin. Our goal was to create a gin which captured the essence of our island life. Fresh as the Northumberland coast which surrounds our idyllic island.”
