Delivery & Returns


All of our orders are processed within one working day of receipt and dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class singed for.  Royal Mail advises that this service will take 2-3 days to arrive. Once you order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number.  This number can be used to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

On the rare occasions a breakage occurs or goods are faulty, we will offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the items in question. We must be notified of such within 24 hours and the goods returned within a further seven days from delivery.

Should the ordered goods be returned because there has been no one available to receive the goods at the delivery address, no attempt has been made to re-arrange the delivery or collect it from Royal Mail, we will either give you a full credit, or re-despatch on your instruction where the same delivery cost will be charged against your account.

Royal Mail will make a single attempt to deliver your parcel and if you/recipient is not at home, they will try immediate neighbours. If there is no one available to receive the parcel they will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange the delivery or how to collect from your local collection point.


You are able to return an order made within 7 days of receipt should the goods be unwanted, and 14 days to return faulty or damaged goods. All credits will be issued within 48 hours of the goods being received back to our shop.
