“Bring on the lemons with this fragrant Mediterranean inspired gin. sun soaked whole lemons and oranges are quarted and added to the gin basket. The zests of both fruits are placed in the copper still, along with selected sun soaked botanicals. This vapour infusion of zesty citrus hits the pallet, which is then elegantly complimented by a smooth dry juniper finish. Serve long over ice with a good tonic and lemon slice.”
