“Daisy distillery is a family business close to the stunning countryside of the iconic Cleveland Way. We take inspiration from the beautiful coastline, cliffs, heather covered moors, hills and escarpments along the route.
We lovingly craft and distil small batch gins in our traditional copper pot still, Daisy (named after our family bulldog). Every step of the process, from selecting and measuring the botanicals, distilling and bottling we carefully complete by hand.
The Original One – is our debut gin, a spirit that is the essence of Daisy Distillery. 14 botanicals have been blended and hand distilled, carefully balancing heady juniper with bright citrus, floral heather, dry notes of black tea and sweet chamomile for a warming finish. A delicious gin that can be enjoyed over ice or with a goos tonic.”
